Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. By clicking on the account box during account creation you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. We accept all major credit and debit cards except Diners Club and American Express. Your credit card details are securely processed through Pay Pal. You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.
If you need to contact us please do so by email and if one of our team may need to call you so make sure you include telephone details. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping: Shipping by Royal Mail to UK mainland only: £7.99 up to 20kg. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Nothern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and EU price on request. Approximate delivery 3-5 days Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm except Bank Holidays. If you do not give us accurate details and we cannot deliver the item/items we will charge an administrative fee plus courier costs for any undeleverable items due to your error.
Returns: We know that sometimes things change. You must notify us by email with in 14 days of receipt of items. Items must not have be opened or used in any way and they must be returned in saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the unopened items, we will refund you as soon as possible via PayPal. If you wish to return an item, please inform us by email. A refund will be paid to you as soon as possible, but in any event within thirty (30)days of receipt of returned goods. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to Feloo Ltd. If you want the products to be returned by our courier then you must contact us and and we will arrange collection by courier and notify you of the arrangements for such collection. There may be a £10 charge for returns by our courier (plus any additional charges to areas outside the UK mainland see delivery charges*) and this will be deducted from the amount refunded . In addition, you will be charged the original courier price for sending you the product. Please package the parcel securely and send it to the address above, enclosing a note giving your contact details and the reason for the return. While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the products and return the products in the original packaging if packaged: If you do not return the products we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of recovering the products from you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company. It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you canceling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging. The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new. You must not use any of the products that you intend to return to us.
